Our Ottawa Showroom – Designed With You In Mind
We’re located in Ottawa’s east end at 2600 Lancaster Road. When you enter our store, you’ll immediately be in awe of the size of our showroom full of state-of-the-art home health aids and mobility equipment. We strive to display items in a representative environment, and there’s plenty of room to see, touch and try out products for yourself.
We encourage all of our clients to make an appointment with one of our specialists who will be able to take the time to show you products, devices and aids at your own pace.
Our showroom is entirely wheelchair accessible. It was professionally designed to simplify the decision-making process and help our customers discover the products that will enhance their lifestyles. Divided into four sections, each highlighting various home health aids for use in specific areas of your home: your bedroom, living room, bathroom, and your kitchen.
Having trouble with wheelchair or patient lift sizing? We offer free-to-use weigh scales. Our wheelchair accessible “roll on” scale has a 1000lb weight capacity and our patient lift scale has a capacity of 600lb. Book an appointment if you require transfer assistance.
If you are looking to see mobility products, or hospital beds and the various mattresses that are available, we recommend that you make an appointment with one of our specialists. Talking with our informed specialists provide the best opportunity for you to review all the recommended products.
