Shipping Policy
We offer a daily delivery service in the Ottawa area, operating Monday to Friday. We service the east end of the city in the morning (9:00 am – 12:00 pm), and the west end in the afternoon (1:00 pm – 4:00 pm). For holiday hours, please check our contact us page.
Deliveries are also made in areas surrounding Ottawa by special appointment for an additional charge.
Terms & Conditions
Returns on sales (if applicable) will be subject to a restocking charge. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at the rate of 2% per month. Conval-Aid retains ownership of all equipment until said equipment is paid in full. Payment on rentals is due immediately on receipt of equipment, and each month following, at the start of the rental period. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at the rate of 2% per month. If you are returning equipment yourself, it must be returned to our address at 2600 Lancaster Rd. It is your responsibility to ensure its safe return to Conval-Aid Inc. if the equipment is lost or damaged. You are responsible for the replacement cost. One month’s paid rental can be applied to purchase price provided rental fees are up to date, and the purchase is not subsidized Conval-Aid retains ownership of all rental equipment.
